Flow of Funds
Integration Models
Lumanu supports two integration models based on how funds flow:
- Platform is in the money flow — Brand pays Platform, Platform funds Lumanu
- Brands fund Lumanu directly — Platform can manage funds in and out of accounts but is not in the money flow
In both models, Lumanu handles vendor onboarding, compliance, and pays creators.
Model A: Platform in the Money Flow
- Brands pays Platform
- Platform funds Lumanu wallet
- Platform pays vendors from one wallet
Model B: Platform out of the Money Flow
- Brands create and pay funding invoice to fund their lumanu wallet
- Brands pay vendors from their Lumanu wallet

- Vendor onboarding — identity verification, tax docs (W-8/W-9), bank validation, OFAC screening
- Compliance — automated checks, 1099 filings, audit trails
- Global payouts — ACH, push-to-debit, SWIFT, local rails to 200+ countries in 36 currencies
- Creator support — self-serve portal for payment tracking and profile management
